Not long, not fast but after last weeks aches and pains I wanted to gauge the potential of how
juneathon is gonna go. Hopefully it'll be ok as no niggles... it's warm for running tho, almost prefer the subzero temps of janathon!!! Nice to see some familiar names from the beginning of the year back jogging logging and blogging.. good luck everyone.

logged run is here but really... it's nothing impressive. Same rules apply to juneathon as did to janathon for me, extra activity, preferably running, everyday with logging and blogging.

I agree would rathe run in 4 degrees than 24. Tho 14 would be ideal of course. But in a choice between 4 and 24 4 would win. Oh, sorry I'm waffling I'll shut up now. Great start to juenthon, well done good luck for the rest of the month!
